This program is designed for:

High school students exploring next steps
College students preparing for their careers
Adults considering a career transition

Participants complete professional career and personality assessments, followed by a one-on-one session with a licensed career counselor to review results and explore potential career paths.

Selected applicants receive this program at no cost through a Triple J Family Foundation scholarship.

Career Match Application

Triple J Family Foundation will provide scholarships for individuals interested in career assessment and counseling to help them find their career path and passion. The career assessments are used for high school students deciding on next steps, college students preparing for their careers, and adults wanting to transition into a new role. The process includes career and personality assessments, as well as a one-on-one career counseling session with a career counselor.

Upon completion of the assessment and one-on-one guidance session, individuals will be required to meet with the Foundation Team in person to review the results and provide feedback; as well as discuss next career steps based on the results.

Interested applicants will need to complete the form below and include a one-page letter of interest on how career assessment and counseling will help them with their future goals. All fields are required to be completed.

After we receive your application, we will contact you to arrange an interview in person or by phone, or both. All information on this form will be considered and kept confidential.
