Only one application per individual or organization is accepted per calendar year.
Must have the ability and willingness to measure and report results as agreed upon at time of award.
Individuals or organizations receiving funding two consecutive calendar years must take one year off before re-applying.
A final report for any previously awarded grant is required before a new request is considered.
A complete application must be submitted on-line by the deadline date (May 31 or November 30). If the deadline falls on a weekend, proposals are due the Friday before.
New dates may be added as other opportunities for a grant becomes available.
Applications along with associated documents and videos are accepted.
